About Liz.

I qualified as a reflexologist in 2012 after obtaining a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology. I decided to train as a reflexologist having seen many colleagues and friends suffer from the symptoms of stress and over-work, and having experienced first-hand the power that reflexology can have in helping to re-balance and relax the body.

I trained with Louise Keet, the successful author of “The Reflexology Bible” and the Principal of the London School of Reflexology, who taught me the importance of a holistic approach to health, considering the causes of a problem rather than just the symptoms.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), and therefore commit to undertaking regular Continued Professional Development to help me to continue to develop and grow as a reflexologist. Since qualifying I have completed courses in pre-conception and maternity reflexology, and the Bergman Method facial reflexology (taught by Ziggie Bergman), and maintain an active interest in research that supports the health and wellbeing of my clients and myself.
